Relay Station

Copyright & Takedowns

1. Upload only what you own

By uploading audio, artwork or press material to Relay Station you confirm that you own it or have written permission from every rights holder — including samples, features, remixes and cover art.

Submitting material you do not have the rights to is a breach of these terms and can lead to removal of the track, the release, or the whole account.

2. Reporting infringement

If you believe something on Relay Station infringes your rights, file a report using the form below. Include a link to the profile, release or track, your contact email, and a short description of the work you own.

Reports are reviewed by the station owner. Where a report looks valid, the material is taken offline while it is investigated.

3. Counter-notice

If your material is removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the removal notice with proof of ownership or licence. Material is restored if the claim cannot be substantiated.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts with repeated valid infringement reports are suspended and their submissions removed from every host queue and playlist.
